Challenge
An e-commerce company was looking to reduce shipping logistics inefficiencies.
Task
Observe how its warehouse workers operated, and design a new app for them to use in their workflow.
Result
A tablet experience that enabled order Designers, Wrappers, and Shippers to know what items were in orders, what materials were required to design items, to perform quality control, to hand off orders, to verify orders, to know what materials were needed to wrap orders, and what carrier would ship orders.
