Nail Polish Web Store

Challenge

A nail polish company hypothesized that its customers felt that their online store was difficult to use.

Task

Validate this hypothesis and improve the customer experience on the online store.

Result

Improved the customer experience on the online store, as customers used the new filter and wish list features I designed to successfully complete tasks in usability tests. Through live A:B testing, both heatmaps and Google Analytics event data showed the features were being adopted.
